Clerk was dismissive saying he did not have time to fool with it when I dropped it off at 5PM. I saw on email he did not log it back in until like 11PM.

When I dropped off, the clerk told me to leave keys on counter that he was too busy to fool with it at the moment. I asked for some type of receipt to verify I was dropping off; he advised I would receive email. I dropped it off at like 5PM and saw on the email that I received he did not log it in until like 11PM

ETOYAL JCustomer service was lacking. She was distracted by every other customer that came in. She did not know about or understand her U-Haul equipment. Location is also a head shop and those customers were much more important to the staff. We were repeatedly kept waiting while she sold THC products.
