Quoting the customers a wrong price and inputting the destination as being in the same town and state when booking a one way trip out of state is wrong. Charging the customer for a wrong address turn in? What? This is a fraudulent charge and should be fixed.

deborah mWe made reservations for renting the 15" U Haul truck and when we went to pick it up, it was ready to go, full of gas and clean inside and out. The truck had ample space to haul what we needed and also had a roomy cab for me and my wife. It had plenty of power and I was amazed at how little gas it used. We will definitely use U Haul again if needed.
JOHN PReturning the truck took a second but I think that was from issues from the site where we picked up the truck. They were friendly and helpful. Would go to them again.
