Nothing everything went well
BERNARD SDoug is a great manager..supportive to your every need..highly recommend EADO storage and the convenience of a U-Haul rental facility at the same location.
MICHAEL JThe instructions for picking up the rental truck could be clearer. Additionally, my phone’s internet (T-Mobile) didn’t work in that parking lot, and I couldn’t connect to any Wi-Fi. This made it very difficult to use the app, so I had to call the office for assistance. It took me 45 minutes to get the truck out of the parking lot, while the mover and everyone else were waiting at home for the loading to begin.
