More instructions or streets signs would have been helpful, for dropoff that was hidden in a back lot out of street view. Staff to the business was not readily available at my time of drop off which led to my confusion and delay.

I booked for 12- didn’t get the U-Haul from them until 1:30 because of U-Haul issues! N I booked for 24hrs n yet had to return it by 7pm - the lady was doing her best but U-Haul company has horrible website n reservations so messed up!

JOHNNIE DLocation is terrible. No support and unclear that it is in a furniture store. Service is slow and the owner had forgotten her login to the UHaul Dealer Network account. There needs to be more training because I like UHaul but this is unacceptable. There was also no furniture dolly as ordered and the location simply stated that they don't offer them.
