Pickup location is very hard to find (hidden driveway from a busy street) Pickup/initial interaction was fine otherwise. After I got back and was trying to return my truck, no one was in the storefront. This was during business hours. I tried calling the store number multiple times. I had to flag down an employee of another business nearby who informed me of the location of the drop off box. Then I received my receipt a day later. I had been charged $40 for using extra fuel (ludicrous as I had only driven the truck 2 miles and I have photo proof of the odometer and the fuel level). Avoid this location.

The furniture pads I rented were not in the truck, so I had to go to a different U-Haul to pick some up, returned them there, and got charged a fee for not having left furniture pads in the truck when there were none there to begin with. Additionally, the back of the truck above the cabin was filled with water and I had to use my towels to make sure my belongings wouldn't get wet.
Sarah LClear instructions on how to get keys. A lot of time was wasted due to wrong directions and incorrect access codes. Owner availability during hours they state they are open. A dolly was requested but not given.

Autumn HMore instructions or streets signs would have been helpful, for dropoff that was hidden in a back lot out of street view. Staff to the business was not readily available at my time of drop off which led to my confusion and delay.
