The representative was rude in the phone when trying to pick up the truck. They did not allow me to sign any additional documentation inside and forced us to stand outside and do all of the necessary paperwork outside in the heat.
Andrew TTire sensor system was on the entire time. Felt unsafe at times. U haul was given to me with the door held with a lock. Had to drive back to this location so he could saw it off. Wasted gas and it was already less than half a tank.
