SEAN SThe guy who answered the phone for pickup was fine. He came out and handed me the key. I did not like that I received an electronic contract that I did NOT sign. The lady who was there in the afternoon was the least helpful person I've ever had a rental vehicle with. She refused to help me and told me to call U-Haul. I would NOT use this location again, nor would I recommend it to others.
Brighton HI did the 24 hour pick up so didn’t have the option to add a dolly as they were closed at the time.
Adina FI delivered my truck the same day of pick-up! And after hours. This location was extremely convenient to my home.
