The AC didn’t work. The truck was dirty and the truck leaked severely and got my comforters and clothes soaking wet and leaked into all the bins on the top of each stack. Then I was charged an extra $52 for an extra day after I was told I was going to get a free day and I was told that the extra miles would be discounted due to the distance of the drop off to the destination. I had to call customer service to report everything and only then did they refund the additional charges. It costs about the same amount just to wash and dry everything that got soaked at a laundromat. Worst service ever.

The truck sounded like it had an issue with the motor and there crumbs on the dash.
SUSAN GThe truck had transmission issues and the battery was near dead. I had to continue to run the vehicle without showing it off because it would not start again. Also I had to use manual transmission versus the automatic transmission as the transmission didn't work correctly. When I brought the truck back, I told the person that I would like a credit as I had to use much more fuel due to having to have the truck running an entire day without shutting it off. The person told me it would be taken care of. And then nothing happened... I was charged as if everything was fine. This is not appropriate. If the truck is problems I simply expect a credit for the additional cost and frustration. Instead I am just lied to... I would not recommend the location that I got this truck from. I would look in other places.

BRAIN WBoth representatives (scheduling and pickup) did not have information of the Kingwood, tx location in their system. We googled it. Other than that it was a great experience and loved the truck. It was perfect.
