It was confusing that the address where the trailer is stored was not a business. It was a field with a fence around it. You have to go down the street to do the paperwork and then drive back over and pick up the trailer. However, the nice lady that helped me with the rental was pleasant.

DEDRICK JMy overall experience with uhaul is a solid 2 out of 10. This is my second time renting a uhaul in the last 30 days and each time I have had an issue. The first time my reservation was cancelled and I was not notified or compensated for inconvenience. This time my reservation was pushed back 3 hours at the time of pick up. The lady with customer service was so helpful and booked me for a new rental BUT when I arrived it was able to be booked by someone else as well. The same truck. Overall this was a headache and I will never use uhaul again.
