My overall experience with uhaul is a solid 2 out of 10. This is my second time renting a uhaul in the last 30 days and each time I have had an issue. The first time my reservation was cancelled and I was not notified or compensated for inconvenience. This time my reservation was pushed back 3 hours at the time of pick up. The lady with customer service was so helpful and booked me for a new rental BUT when I arrived it was able to be booked by someone else as well. The same truck. Overall this was a headache and I will never use uhaul again.
