I have rented Uhaul s from this location three times since January. The owner of the location is never there when I arrive and the doors are locked. One time he was so late, I actually had to call Uhaul to figure out where he was. Finally He showed up 20 minutes late. He said his car wouldn’t start. He was late the next time as well. This time he had a note on the door saying “Back soon.” Another customer and I waited 15 minutes for him to open the door. Also, I was charged a cleaning fee for no reason. The truck was swept and there was no trash in it. Finally, the truck is not in good shape and needs to be serviced. It groans and whines and makes all kinds of noises like it’s getting ready to give out at any moment.

Phu NPut gas in truck and still being charged for it that is very unpleasant for me to still be charged for gas when the truck gas levels was exactly where i got it.
