RENE G.Low on gas. Could not find key/lock box Dirty inside cab Not much power. Maybe upcoming transmission issue. Customer support could not hear them. Eventually agent starred yelling at me Sarcastically. Passenger side seat belt did not work.

The office was closed and when we called the U-Haul phone number for customer assistance, we were on hold for almost 30 minutes. The U-Haul rep had to unlock a feature in the App to allow us to do the self-service.
