The staff were very helpful. We pulled up on the side of the road. The shop had a lot of equipment returns and parking was a bit challenging on that day. Staff came right out and did the inspection. They offered to find a parking place.

Make it clear mid rental that the post rental involves 8 photos to be taken. I had already mentally finished the rental, walked over to turn the key in and saw the QR code, which launched me into a 'go back and do a photoshoot of your vehicle' mode, during which my phone's battery was at 4% because I had been moving all day. As far as the location goes, the service was excellent. The equipment was very clean and considering I only made my reservation 12 hours earlier, they had zero issues having it ready for me.
