VERONICA WOverall the experience was good, the truck was clean and pick up was easy. I do recommend to others. The camera lens angle is too narrow in the app, so taking a picture of the truck meant having to step back too far to make sure the whole truck was in the shot. The parking spot is a bit challenging, especially at the time of returning the equipment because one would have to back up over curb onto the lawn at a 90 degree angle to the street while being careful not to hit another parked truck and paying attention to traffic in the street.
Nima ESmells really bad inside the truck, I think it’s cat pee or something. There was ice inside.

CARLIN F"U-haul" is a collection of trailers and trucks. The FACE of U-Haul is often a small, independent business as is the case with Watson's Lawn Equipment in west Houston where I rented a truck for a day. Mr. Watson was very courteous and helpful and made the process seamless. I'd rent here again. Plus, they appear to have a great lawn equipment and repair business!

Christopher MMake sure the truck basic maintenance is done ( check all fluids) , especially the oil and air in tires. Check all gauges and the pull on the steering wheel. The light kept flashing on the odometer and the oil gauges kept moving from 40 to 70 which was very inconvenience for me since I had pull over about 3 times to wait even though I was only 5 miles away to be on the safe side.
