The young girl was very helpful getting me all hooked up because I did not have much experience hauling a trailer. She also let me know about reference videos and additional insurance coverage which made me feel secure in my rental.

Dale M.They charged us more for the truck because of the extra miles when they were suppose to give us a day free and extra miles and $50.00 dollars back due to the inconvenience. So I had to call U-Haul to get a refund because the manager in huachuca didn't answer his phone or return my phone call even after I left a message on his voicemail.
