Don’t give away their uhaul and car hauler when it’s reserved. I had to leave my car after having to find another uhaul on a Friday after driving 5 hrs from Ky to AL.

Great customer service
Marta SOwner was polite and he had me out with a trailer in around 2 mins.
Buck WThe trailer was backed up to a wall. When I suggested that I should check the back, I was told, “its good”. When I got home and checked the trailer, the door was open and there were several bags of trash and an empty TV box. The trailer smelled of sour milk. I cleaned it out and threw away the trash.
