The app and the actual method was different, I chose self pick up but had to still chat with an associate at the location because the app didn’t provide the unlock code to me.

Don’t give away their uhaul and car hauler when it’s reserved. I had to leave my car after having to find another uhaul on a Friday after driving 5 hrs from Ky to AL.

Marta SOwner was polite and he had me out with a trailer in around 2 mins.
Buck WThe trailer was backed up to a wall. When I suggested that I should check the back, I was told, “its good”. When I got home and checked the trailer, the door was open and there were several bags of trash and an empty TV box. The trailer smelled of sour milk. I cleaned it out and threw away the trash.
