Let future customers know this place opens at 10 am, not 9 am. I had to wait for an hour for the owner to check me out with the tow dolly! One of the tires is out of balance and it bounced the entire travel to and from our location, which was approximately 500 miles each way!

Angelique oNo help was offered to help connect the trailer. We were given the number of the trailer and told it was out there on the end.
Elizabeth LWhile pick up was easy and quick. I picked up at 430 and brought back at 645 pm the same day. I am now being charged an after hours fee and additional rental fee which was not discussed or approved
