My location on my reservation got changed not once but TWICE. The second time it got changed even after speaking with a representative on the phone. The morning of my moving day you guys changed my location less than two hours of my pick up time ! Such an inconvenience ! The location was horrible ! There were people outside with loud music and the entire parking lot reeked of marijuana. I was extremely uncomfortable and that was so unprofessional ! If I would have had more time I would have found a different truck rental company and cancelled all together. You as a company need to do better. I will never use this company again and never will recommend you all either.

Very dirty
Dale RI practically hooked up the equipment myself. It was not checked and the lights were unplugged.

vincent mThe location was closed, nobody around. Had to call the number painted on the side of the building to ensure drop-off location. Return was processed nearly 8 hours later, which caused me additional charges for an additional day.
