The trailer was backed up to a wall. When I suggested that I should check the back, I was told, “its good”. When I got home and checked the trailer, the door was open and there were several bags of trash and an empty TV box. The trailer smelled of sour milk. I cleaned it out and threw away the trash.

No one around and only got a voice mail with no return calls checked truck in late the u haul guy tried to charge extra day for them not checking the truck in on time
STEPHEN WThe key wasn’t even I a lockbox that I spent 10 min trying to open. It was laying in a tray. Idk who’s key I unlocked but the whole U-Haul app system is a joke. The truck was fine but so much easier to go to a store.
Heather BIt was fine for 24/7 pickup but the auto transport had to be picked up during business hours and no one was there when I arrived even though it was during their stated business hours. The owner showed up about 15 minutes after I arrived.
