The ladies at Red Barn Propane did a fantastic job, considering the system maintenance U-haul was undergoing. What can you do to improve? Better planning on U-haul’s end. I would suggest providing your customers affected by this “system maintenance“ with a complementary rental. I personally know how long the wait was due to this situation which, in fact, could have been avoided entirely with better planning and organization by U-Haul. Thank you Red Barn Propane for making sure I received the rental reserved for that day, if I hadn’t, it would have put me in a bind. U-haul, do better.

SANDRA SBurned charcoals were in the trailer. I had to sweep them out. Uhaul should clean the trailers after each rental, not the customer.
JEFFREY MThis location charged us double than what we agreed upon. We returned the truck on time,cleaned the truck,and were still charged double. I would look elsewhere for a truck if possible.
