gloria BHonestly, I have such low expectations of customer service in most areas that I would express my opinion as “relief” thst the truck was there and that it was running. I had to replace a windshield wiper. I had to drive to the original location to pick up my packing stuff I had already paid for (and they actually didn’t have). This place didn’t have the blankets… I didn’t wait long. I was happy that U-Haul reached out to me to find a truck instead of letting me show up and not have one. (Which happens on the regular with car rental places) Overall, it’s a slow process to pick up any rental vehicle and this was a quick as any. The truck was better than expected. Gas mileage was closer to 8 mpg. .
