Office/Building locked when arrived for reserved/scheduled pick up. Many phone calls during a 45 minute time frame with individuals of UHAUL attempting to locate the employee. After approximate 45-50 minutes a woman showed up (from inside the buildng). Upon opening the door she was unpleasant (no opology nor a pleasant greeting to a customer). She instead appeared quite irritated and remarked do you guys want the truck or not? (Very odd opening comment) This woman was very unprofessional and rude and when asked to lower her voice, and that the attitude wasnt necessary she became more irate and loud yelling you dont tell me what to do and I can cancel this truck. I attempted to calm her (I was unsure why the yelling or nasty comments) and once I called a UHAUL representative she became silent and began with the truck rental process. She refused to provide the 2 dollies reserved pointing to the other room saying you can go get that one and go look in the returned trucks if you want a second one. We left with the 1 dolly. I was shocked at the way she spoke to us. The incident left me shook and as I write this review I am reminded of the discomfort and unease she caused. I would not only not recomment I have shared my uncomfortable experience with others. This location, individual employeed by them is not an acceptable person to work with the public.
