We had to wait almost 45 minutes to pick up a truck then.\n When the owner got there\n Took another 30 minutes. Trying to verify.\n And I called you haul when the lady was telling him it was clear. Still made me wait. 2 other people had the same problem we were trying to beat the rain. What schedule to pick up nine and didn't get the truck til 11am

we got there reserving a appliance dolly and they didn't have it we tried looking for some around and had such a hard time, spent uncessasary hours looking, please refund the money for the dolly
