No dolly or furniture pads available. Should have indicated this when booked it. Not when I picked up truck. No place to leave my care while using truck. Ramp and back never secured and ramp slide out in traffic. Definitely poor business.

We booked online. We ordered a dolly online as well. When we arrived to pick up the truck we were informed they did not have a dolly. We were told go to another uhaul for the dolly. They did not have a dolly. We say below average because of the lack of equipment.
