I was told by the representative from this location the address that you provided that I would not have to turn in the truck with any gas in it because it was empty when we received it then we were charged $31 and change because the truck did not have gas in it. I need the money you took from the gas and replaced it back into the account refund it.

Raymond SOnly issue I had was that there was no one present at the location when I arrived to pick up the truck. However, after a second phone call, I was given access to the truck remotely and was on my way. Staff was very friendly and professional.
