This location operates differently from the few I experienced in the past. Although I had already booked I still had to do all the steps like I hadn’t. The unit was on E and I was in issued a fuel credit that was subsequently charged back at the return of my rental. When I returned the unit no one was on site and I had to wait to gain access to the lot to park the truck. Overall the truck served its purpose for what I needed it for. I have no complaints I just didn’t know what I was expecting. If I ever needed to rent a U-Haul again I’d use this location.

We had to wait almost 45 minutes to pick up a truck then.\n When the owner got there\n Took another 30 minutes. Trying to verify.\n And I called you haul when the lady was telling him it was clear. Still made me wait. 2 other people had the same problem we were trying to beat the rain. What schedule to pick up nine and didn't get the truck til 11am
Louis Cwe got there reserving a appliance dolly and they didn't have it we tried looking for some around and had such a hard time, spent uncessasary hours looking, please refund the money for the dolly
