Overall Excellence Only one improvement that can be made; could do a better performance on informing the customer about the features of the U-Haul, like toggling keys to get better fuel milage, and advise driveability of the equipment. Otherwise it was great but can be better like doing the walk-around the equipment to showcase what the equipment has or lacks compare to the others U-Haul equipment. Could promote further sale to make up for it. I have no complaints. Just thinking for the next customer in the future.
