Terrible experience. Insurance was added on to a reservation I did not want it on without asking or notifying us that it was done. I had to take time out to call U-Haul after I noticed because this store wouldn’t answer and was advised I’d get it back at drop off. We dropped off the truck and I chatted in and was told they’d open an incident. Still nothing. This is the last thing I want to be dealing with when I just moved states and have other things going on.
Roger HDo not leave until fuel level and billing is verified and printed. They said printer was broken and fuel was perfect. Got an 66.12 charge for fuel and cant get ahold of manager Amber. Currently on hold for 21 min

Harry WDO NOT USE THIS PLACE, Charged me a additional $690. when I have to drop off at a different location due to mechanical issues. Definetly feel RIPPED OFF !!!
