The person helping went out of her way to help. Your Website is terrible. I was kicked out of my phone 2x. The phone was loaded with extra add ons that did not load onto a screen. Your had to scroll and search to get to the next screens. Would not let me past entering my birthday. 35minutes later. Went to a computer and started to enter, however the lady called and said she could see the rental.' When I got there the application was not complete. You kept my old drivers license from another state- why do you keep this information? The out of state license now required two references. Finding two references, sitting in 95deg heat, for a trailer for a 6hr rental is ridiculous. Even though I had my current state ID- for 6yrs- your website had us jumping through hoops.

Steven SThere was not any personal available it was just a parking lot. The lady that I spoke with was just answering the phone calls. She was very good with the phone but didn't know how to unload the car hauler and there was no else available.

LORETTA GTerrible experience. Insurance was added on to a reservation I did not want it on without asking or notifying us that it was done. I had to take time out to call U-Haul after I noticed because this store wouldn’t answer and was advised I’d get it back at drop off. We dropped off the truck and I chatted in and was told they’d open an incident. Still nothing. This is the last thing I want to be dealing with when I just moved states and have other things going on.
Roger HDo not leave until fuel level and billing is verified and printed. They said printer was broken and fuel was perfect. Got an 66.12 charge for fuel and cant get ahold of manager Amber. Currently on hold for 21 min

shane dIt was a shed where we turned in our keys. There was supposed to something to scan but it wasn’t . I got called the next day wanting to know if I had turned in the truck because the location in Huntington said they didn’t have it. Very disappointed and poor customer service. The website to pick up the truck is awful as is the process for turning it in. I would not recommend using U-Haul to anyone.
