online return process was horrible. spent over 30 minutes to get it done and still had to call to get it completed

Norman EThe truck I had reserved was not available at the location I reserved it at. I ended up needing to drive to another city, in the opposite direction, and further away from my destination. Thus ended up costing me significantly more in gas and mileage. The experience with the actual dealer was great. The online reservation not so much.
