My only complaint is against U-Haul corporation. Their site was down when I tried to pick up my rental and it cost me a complete day of business. Their site only place that had the rental I needed available was 40 miles from my office and I couldn’t sit around all morning waiting for U-HAUL to get their stuff straight. A company like this should have a simple back up method to pick up a rental in a situation like this. Especially since I had booked it online and given them a CC days in advance.

This place was NASTY!!! Cigarette butts piled all over the floor of the shop where you checked in. After leaving there, my hair wreaked of cigarette smoke. Trash piled around and all over the desk (coffee grounds piled in a box directly in front of the desk).
