The back of the truck was dirty and had left over trash from the last rental. The breaks were bad on the truck and I reported this when I turned the truck in.

Eduardo GCustomer service and the Uhaul itself was fine, just do NOT be late! I rented a trailer for 24 hours for $29. I was an hour and a half late, got charged $40 for that hour and a half! That is crazy that it cost more for one and a half hour than the original 24 hours.
