Poor customer service, when asked if the lady working the counter can hook up trailer for me she stated, “if you want to be lazy, I can do it”. I was shocked and disappointed in her comments. I don’t think this is someone that should be representing U-Haul and I know Joe Shoen would approve.

Jeremiah PService was excellent. The truck however was old, had over 130,000 miles on it, compromised brakes, and a questionable transmission.
