I picked up the 5x8 trailer and had no idea I would not receive the plug to connect to my truck for brake lights. I was told to go purchase one therefore I had no rear lights on the trailer leaving the lot! NOT GOOD SERVICE

Jennifer KHad to go to some sort of parking lot to a building that looked abandoned an area that looks shady.
DEBRA CThe place is a dump. No attendant at location. Rather, had to call the attendant and deal with him on the telephone with a screaming baby in the background the entire time. Required multiple telephone calls, and text messages with pictures to give him everything he needed when I went to pick up the trailer.
