Paste this: I am extremely dissatisfied with this location and the way our reservation was handled. We were moving and reserved a truck for online pickup at 7:00 AM on May 23rd. This reservation was made on May 12th, so this was not last minute. Along with the truck, I reserved an appliance dolly, a box dolly, a four-wheel dolly, a dozen moving pads, and SafeMove coverage. Despite reserving everything ahead of time, our pickup time was changed from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, which already put us behind schedule on moving day. Then, when we arrived, we were told they did not have the dollies we reserved. The only thing available to us was one four-wheel dolly. That is completely unacceptable. We reserved that equipment because we needed it. Moving without the appliance dolly and box dolly made the move take much longer, made the job harder, and caused a major delay that could have been avoided if our reservation had actually been honored. What made it even more frustrating is that while we were being helped, the employee was briefly on the phone with another customer and mentioned his appliance dolly. That made it seem like the equipment did exist, but our reserved dollies had either been given away or not held for us. A reservation should mean the truck and equipment are actually reserved. This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and made our move significantly harder than it needed to be. I would not recommend this location based on how poorly our reservation was handled.

CHICK WWe returned the trailer @ 9:30 am well before the 3:28 pm return time. We were charged a $20 plus credit card fee for a late return. The trail set there the entire day and the check in occurred AFTER the return time. Possibly to generate a late fee.
