They couldn’t find the truck keys. Then they didn’t know the combination lock code on the truck rear roller door. They didn’t have the reserved appliance dolly. They didn’t have the reserved blankets. The 26 ft truck had a pile of wet U-Haul blankets in cargo area. Truck pickup took over 1 hour to complete.

Scott PI rented a truck, 2 furniture dollies, a dozen blankets and a hand truck. The truck was there as expected, but they indicated when I arrived, they did not have any dollies or blankets. Which put me in a bind. So, please do not allow someone to rent something that is not available.
