It was a service station and not a regular U-Haul location. But gentlemen there were knowledgeable and helpful and the return was smooth and efficient

Tyler DHave the equipment that I actually asked for in my online order in the truck and ready to go. The location didn't have the equipment, nor did they let me know that they didnt have a furniture dolly and extra blankets. Ridiculous.
John DI've used uhaul several times now but with this time the uhaul truck was a better experience than I've ever had just wish maybe yall had a rewards system or something for returning customers like me since I use them a lot
Bryan GThe truck wasnt full of gas, but when we returned we filled it up so it cost us more money. I rented a dolly for extra, they didn't have one, and they still charged me after they said they would remove the charge. But, they were really friendly. The reasons I wouldn't recommend is, it was a hassle.. there was a language barrier, it cost us more money because it cost us more than it should have due to gas not being filled up and them not removing the rental charge for the dolly.
