I don’t care about the next customer what I care about is me and my expenses Brian White expenses you all told me that I could deliver the truck back to a location right down the street from my house which I’ve used before and then I get there and they no longer handle you so you make me go to another place. I encourage Cost to get myself back home with an Uber and now you’re charging me $25 for a cleaning fee. Fuck you U-Haul

I wanted a smaller one-bedroom truck, but they had a two-bedroom truck. I was in a bind, so went ahead and took the large truck. Originally wanted to pick the truck and transport in Anadarko. ok but was later told to go to Chickasha, okla, which was about 35 miles from my home.
