Garry HThe whole experience was awful this, I had truck share set and no truck, had to go to different locations to get truck.
Dennis SI was charged specifically for insurance which I told the owner I did not want to purchase. He went over what the last person damaged on the truck and every showing it to me advising it is best to get it. I again said no. If I wanted it I would have added it myself as I am an insurance adjuster. Called customer service to inform and they only refunded me $6.98 when the charge is $15.00
