I reserved my truck in advance but, it still took almost 2 hours for me to be dispatched. The system was extremely slow and there was a mixup with the reservation. However, the CSR at the reservation location was very helpful and showed empathy.

Edwin TI had a flat tire was very inconvenient they did come fix it but the help i had for that time ended up leaving having me to lose money. I feel that uhaul should give a discount on my money lost and would like a call from the management team in regards to this
