The 12 volt plugs did not work. The a/c did not work. Made the days even harder going through 89 degree with no a/c

Jason BThe people at the locations work their buttes off but don't seem to get much respect or credit. This is the third time I've applied to rent a trailer weeks in advance, and the trailer was 100 to 300 miles away the night before pick up. This made me so upset that I purchased my own two-axle trailer for my regular use. Never would have I would have this problem with a transport trailer. Had to make special arrangements at another main location to have one tire replaced before making a 1200 to 1400 mile trip across the desert at 105 degree F, even though I discussed my trip with the person on the night before delivery. Two of four tires were recently replaced, but the one that concerned me was worn to the tread bar. Northgate IF, ID location was fantastic; excellent customer service and knowledgeable.
