They told us the wrong location to return unit and had to go to a different location. Just very chaotic.
Jennifer MNathan was helped although very unsure about the returning a trailer process. He stated he knew how to fulfill a reservation but not to process a return so showing, Nathan, how to work the return process of Uhaul trailer would be beneficial
