truck was not cleaned out. under half full. no extra equipment was provided after being asked for: paperwork such as drop off location was messed up more than once. previous renters left items in the truck. quoted price was not met. overall poor unfriendly attitude from pickup location. truck was dirty inside and out. pickup process took almost 2 hours.

The truck was not accessible as we were not given a code so I had to spend 20 minutes on with customer service to get a code which put us behind on our schedule.
