I reserved this car hauling trailer 6 weeks in advance, and expected to pick it up 50 miles away in Pocatello. I didn't know just because you reserve something, you don't know you'll get it until the day before when "Traffic" calls to confirm. I got call the call at 6pm the day before pick-up that the trailer wasn't available where I reserved it. The closest they could get was 50 miles away, so we spent 2hrs going to pick up the trailer as they didn't have any way to move it where I needed it. The experience at Win Auto Sales was just fine, they were very polite and helpful, although they seemed to have computer problems related to U-haul.

truck was not cleaned out. under half full. no extra equipment was provided after being asked for: paperwork such as drop off location was messed up more than once. previous renters left items in the truck. quoted price was not met. overall poor unfriendly attitude from pickup location. truck was dirty inside and out. pickup process took almost 2 hours.
