Key drop box not near the door, no sign showing where it is. The website said they opened at 8:00am, door was locked until 8:30am. No signs to tell customer where to park their return van. I sent an email on Sunday. If I knew there was a key drop I could have returned the vehicle a day sooner. I felt like I was being told I was not smart, I could not see the key drop while at the front door!
