Uhaul customer service is horrible. I will never rent from you again. My truck broke down and had to be towed. Took ALL day instead of 4-5 hours. And then got a bill for not filling up the gas! On a busted truck! Then charged me an extra day for not returning the truck. How do I return a busted truck that YOU had towed! Would not recommend.
