I reserved the trailer at the lemay location. Uhaul made me go on a wild trailer chase to a new location. I drove an hour to find the new location and burned a quarter tank of fuel to pick up the trailer. There was zero compensation for doing Uhauls job. I will look elsewhere before renting again.
Doug VThe gas station attendant at the time i dropped was very busy with store customers. After waitng in line to be seen, the attedant then asked me to wait a fee moments so he couldtake care of cstomers behind me. The lne kept filling up, and i eas being ignored.

MATTHEW HWas guaranteed a truck or $50. They didn't have my truck at the location and did NOT give me the $50. Instead they give me an extra 50 miles which was less than the travel to the location of where they switched the location to lol. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
