john cI was not asked if I wanted the extra charge for the safe travel. When I booked it on the app I denied the request. I did not want the safe travel.
BRYCE CHave better communication and make sure truck is fueled up. It was on empty when I picked it up and needed to be swept out.
DON SI had to pay for an additional 2 gallons of fuel for a total of 8.50 dollars because they said tank wasn’t at 3/4. Tank full well your fuel gauge on the truck doesn’t have line so you can’t tell it was at 3/4. When park on flat surface it was at 3/4 and when park in parking spot that wasn’t level and fuel gage shows something else I shouldn’t be charged for a none level parking spot that showed a different fuel level
