Equipment unsafe to drive
JOHN LWe returned the truck with the correct gas level and the guy charged me extra 12 dollars supposedly to compensate the missing gas
JOSE BThe 15 ft. Moving van, I had to pick up garbage in the truck, the cup holders were dirty and sticky , I had to get gas before my trip, I had between 1/4 and 1/2 of gas. When I finished my trip to Pittsburgh Pa. Pittsburgh Pa. Compensated me for the gas. I've rented from Pittsburgh, Pa before there a very good location a 10.
SAMUEL WThis is not a problem with the location, but the website: I was trying to book a one way rental, and it kept glitching. In the end, the quote was from this location to another in the same city, not several states away. I received a phone call to verify the rental, and I was told that the return location would be chosen at the time of the pickup, but I was not told that the quote I had seen online was less than half the cost of the actual rental! A bit of a nasty surprise. The guy at the location, though, was more that competent and professional, and the truck was one of the newest and best I have rented. (Also, I think the large, 20" stretch wrap was sold out, but I didn't ask, so that's on me.)
