The back door was a bit hard to operate, but I was able to manage.
Curtis RKeep customer service of better quality. I was not informed that the Uhaul was out of utility dollies, only to have it canceled without my knowledge. It was a huge inconvenience. Always keep customers informed and disclose any changes efficiently.
