The Indianapolis location was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them. The location in Evansville had very rude employees with the exception of the man who I turned the truck key over to. Don't work in retail if you aren't a people person!!!

When picking up we asked for a greater mileage allotment but they said they were unable to change it.

ERRICA CAll and all there's nothing per se wrong with this location, the only problem I had was that when I picked up the U-Haul at a different location it said it had half a tank, I took a picture of it because it was close to a half a tank but was clearly just below it, when I return the U-Haul I showed the person my picture of where it was when I picked itl up, after turning it in I received a bill for three more gallons of gas which was a charge of an additional $13, I thought it was crap because I returned it with the same amount of gas as when I purchased it. Certainly not the end of the world, but I explained the situation and showed the picture, and was a little disheartened that they felt the need to tack on an additional charges.
