Had reservation for pickup in Montgomery- truck was not there - ended up have lots of heartburn- pickup location up to 100 miles away - finally took larger truck in Selma- truck was fine but reservation system really screwed up and not very helpful - cannot recommend using you again No proywith local locations- only screwed up reservation system and customer support at company level - had to pay more than quoted as well
